This Act cancels a significant number of judicial decisions made between 25 February 1948 and 1 January 1990 under various Acts, including the Act of 18 December 1969 respecting misdemeanours. The Act is divided into eight parts; the sixth, entitled "Compensation", covers unfair dismissal among other matters. (English translation available).
