| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the following articles of Laws N° 109(I), 135(I) and 173(I) of 2014 on the Minimum Guaranteed Income and generally on Social Allowances: - article 8, by adding new phrase 3 fixing the payment date of the minimum guaranteed income according to the date of submission of the application by the beneficiary, even on a retroactive basis with regard to the starting time of the beneficiary's entitlement; - article 16, by replacing paragraph (b) of 1st phrase, concerning the payment of rent; - article 17, by replacing paragraph (e) of 1st phrase, concerning the payment of mortgage loan allowance. |
