| Résumé/Citation: | Amends Laws N° 109(I) and 135(I) of 2014 on the Minimum Guaranteed Income and generally on Social Allowances, by adding in paragraph (b) of 1st phrase of article 35 and in 1st phrase of article 39, a new reservation, according to which in case of delayed submission of the application for granting the minimum guaranteed income, but in any case on a date preceding the 30 November 2014, the Minister may consider the application as being within due time. |
