Abstract/Citation
Those who have lost their jobs will be entitled to up to 12 months of compensation, set at a rate of 60 % of the employee's average salary earned over the previous three years for the first three months and then 50 % for the following nine months.
All Saudi workers in both the private and public sectors will be charged 1% of their monthly salary as a compulsory contribution and their employer will pay the same amount.
