The resolution provides that those interested in being appointed as notary public should meet certain conditions: they should be UAE citizens with academic qualification in law or shariía and law from a recognized university in the UAE, should be of good conduct and have never been convicted of honor and honesty crimes, should be medically fit and should pass the determined tests and procedures.
