Supplements Article 350 (regulating the employment of medical workers) with parts 4-7 which regulate medical workers' duty at home within the context of the implementation of the State program which guarantees to provide free medical care to citizens. Defines the words "duty at home", states the working time of duty at home and regulates work while on duty at home.
