Lov (Nr 43 av 2012) om arbeidsgivers innrapportering av ansettelses- og inntektsforhold (a-opplysningsloven).
Provides for regulations concerning employers obligation to provide information related to income recipients income, employment and tax data, and to provide government agencies access to the information reported by the employer.

Contains 13 articles concerning, inter alia:

Article 2: The obligation to provide information.
Article 3: Scope of the obligations to provide information.
Article 4: Deadline for reporting of information.
Article 5: Location of reporting and method of reporting.
Article 6: Responsibilities for public services and care arrangements.
Article 7: Confidentiality in operation and management.
Article 8: Access to information.
Article 9: Right to access information for income recipients.
Article 10: Enforcement fines in cases of non reporting.
Article 11: Penalty fines for late reporting.
Article 12: Entry into force.
Article 13: Amendments to other acts

Amends various regulations in the following acts:

- Act (No. 24 of 1980 No. 24) on Tax Administration
- Annual Leave Act (No. 21 of 1988).
- National Insurance Act (No. 19 of 1997).
- Act (No. 67 of 2005) on payment and collection of taxes and required fees.
