Amends the Act No. 561/2008 on child-care benefit: Amends Sections 1, 3, 4. Adds new section 4a on conditions of entitlement of child-care benefit. Amends Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Theses amendments replace references to the old repealed Act No. 280/2002 by references to this Act. It also amends in a very minor way Section 3 of the consolidates Act No. 235/1998 on child-birth benefit and the Section 226 of the consolidated Act No. 461/2003 on Social insurance. |
