Makes a number of amendments to the articles concerning trade union disputes:
- supplements para 2, 3 and 6 of article 399 of the Code which deals with raising of claims of workers and their representatives. The amendment concerns the procedures for the submission of claims by workers delegates or representatives and approval of those claims by the workers concerned. Also defines the body within the trade unions which have to submit the claims to the parties to social partnership;
- article 400(1) and (2) (Consideration of claims of employees, trade unions and their associations);
- amends article 401(7) concerning extensions for laying claims;
- article 402(1), (5), (6) and (8) concerning length of consideration of claims
- article 403 (1), adds new para (2), renumbers the other paragraphs and amends the new paragraph (5) concerning recourse to mediation;
- article 404 concerning arbitration amends paragraph (4) and adds a new paragraph (5). Amends the numbering of old paras. (5) and (6) accordingly;
- article 406 amends the whole article concerning failure to participate in conciliation proceedings;
- article 408 amends the whole article concerning agreements reached during the resolution of collective labour disputes;
- article 409(2) is amended;
- article 410 is amended concerning announcement of strikes;
- article 411 is amended concerning the head of strikes;
- article 412 is amended to included minor wording changes;
- article 413 is amended in paras. (3) and (7);
- article 416 is amended in paras. (1) and (2);
- article 418 is amended by replacing the word "resolution" with "the consideration and resolution";
