Resumen/cita: | Amends the principal Act, in particular with respect to wages. Section 19 is replaced with a new section entitled "Time of Payment of Wages". Section 25 is also replaced with a new section concerning "Wages to be paid through bank". New sections are also introduced - Section 25A concerning payment of wages other than through bank; - Section 33A concerning information relating to supply of employees; - Section 44A concerning application of this part irrespective of wages of female employee; - Section 57A concerning employment of foreign domestic servants - Section 57B concerning duty to inform the Director General of termination of service of foreign domestic servant - Part XVA concerning Sexual Harassment (New sections 81A-81G) - Section 90A concerning protection of officers |
