| Resumen/cita: | The President of the Slovak Republic, upon a recommendation of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, ratified the ILO Convention 129 on 24th of August 2009. The Ratification decree was deposited with the General Director of the ILO on 17th of September 2009. The Slovak Republic accompanied the ratification decree by this declaration: "The Slovak Republic declares, that its system of labour inspection in agriculture covers all categories of persons working in agricultural enterprises mentioned in Section 5(1)(a-c) of the Convention of the International Labour Organization on Labour inspection in Agriculture No. 129 of 1969." The Convention entered into force for the Slovak Republic in accordance with Section 29(3) on 17th September 2010. |
