|Resumen/cita:||Rephrases and introduces changes in the wording of several articles. Adds, inter alia, para 4 and 5 to article 6 of the Law on Gender Equality extending the cases of discrimination towards persons based on their adherence to trade or employer's unions. Adds article 7(1) in the law with the following title: "Obligations of the persons providing goods and services to provide explanations". The article provides that the above mentioned persons, within 15 days shall provide written explanation to the person which estimates to have been discriminated. Article 11 provides for measures against gender based discrimination at recruitment.
In the Law on Equal Treatment amends, inter alia, article 8 introducing some procedural changes when filling a labour dispute complaint.
