| Resumen/cita: | Adds Sections 3a and 7a and modifies section 7. Provides regulations for cases where two or more trade union organizations are active with one employer. Regulates cases of collective bargaining when the trade union organizations act all in agreement and also when they cannot agree. In the later case, the employer is entitled to conclude negotiation with the biggest coalition. The Act modifies the modalities of extending the collective agreement to the totality of employees so that they reflect the above-mentioned provisions. |
