Resumen/cita: Provides that there can be no industrial action where major disputes in an essential service. Contains special provisions with respect to notice of termination of employment. Makes consequential amendments to the Labour Code section A5, K2, K13(2) to insert the words "Essential Services Act, 2008). Repeals section K23 and the Schedule to Division K. Also amends the Industrial Court Act, Cap. 214 section 3(2) by adding the words "subject to subsection (3)" and adds subsection 3(3) concerning application of the 2008 Act. Makes a minor amendment to subsection 4(1).
