Resumen/cita: Provides that "(1) every employer within the areas listed in the Schedule hereto shall issue to each of his employees and Employment Card in accordance with the provisions of the Employment (Employment Cards) Regulations. (2) The provisions of subparagraph (1) shall not apply to an employee who has entered into a writeen contract of emplyoment which contains better or similar terms and conditions of employment as provided for in the Act."
