Resumen/cita: Makes numerous amendments to expand the Employment Act to cover "non-workmen" employees earning up to SGD 2,000 per month. "Workmen" with a basic monthly salary above SGD 4,500 are excluded from the Employment Act. In particular, the Act inserts a new Part X concerning "Holiday and Sick Leave Entitlements".
