| Resumen/cita: | Amends the Criminal Procedure Act by inserting a new section 150A concerning the sentence of penal servitude for life. At the discretion of the court, the term is to be not less than three years and may not exceed 60 years. In addition, consequential amendments are made to the Criminal Code is amended in sections 61, 64, 222, 223, 231, 236(2) and the Dangerous Drugs Act in sections 41(3) and 47(4). |
