| Resumen/cita: | Provides that Bahraini workers working abroad with an employer not subject to the Social Insurance Law have the right to request to benefit from the provisions of this law if they fulfil the conditions set out in this Law (art. 2 and 4). It covers insurance against old age, disability and death (art. 3). A special fund is to be kept for this purpose with the Social Insurance Fund (art. 5). The Law also sets out the modalities for contributions and payment of benefits. |
