Resumen/cita: Repeals and replaces ss. 48 to 50 of the Employment Act (Ch. 91 of the 1985 Revised Edition) in regard to payment of annual wage supplements and other variable payments, the power of the Minister to make recommendations for wage adjustments, and interpretation of the terms "annual wage supplement", "variable payment" and "wages" for purposes of the Industrial Relations Act (Ch. 136; LS 1968-Sin. 2). Negotiations may be based on the Minister's recommendations under s. 49 of the Employment Act (LS 1968-Sin. 1).
