Comprehensive legislation governing employment accident benefit. Divided into 9 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-2) contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 (s. 3-15) regulates payment of compensation. Part 3 (s. 16-29) sets forth conditions of compensation. Part 4 (s. 30-32) deals with insurance. Part 5 (s. 33-34) contains provisions regarding alternative remedies. Part 6 (s. 35-36) deals with insolvency and bankruptcy of employer. Part 7 (s. 37-39) contains provision regarding application of Act to special classes of persons. Part 8 (s. 40-48) deals with procedural matters. Part 9 (s. 49-56) contains miscellaneous provisions.
