Resumen/cita: New Labour Act replacing the former one from 1971. Contains 122 sections amending main labour concepts of employer, employment relation, sub-contractor and temporary employment. Also deals with various types of labour contract according to job duration, and with conditions of termination of employment. Incorporates the principle of equality of treatment which was previously regulated under the Constitution.
