Amends and adds several sections covering, inter alia, 5(20) (subsidies to training institutions), 8(49) (sickness benefit to person receiving unemployment benefit and payment conditions of sickness benefit), 15(14) (interruption of transitional benefits in case of receipt of other benefits) and 22(3) (right for employer, under certain conditions, to benefit from subsidies if paying a full salary to a person entitled to benefits).
