Abstract/Citation
Applies to federal works, undertakings and businesses, and their employees. Provides that notices of dispute and certain other notices and requests that are to be given to the Minister of Labour may also be given to the Head or the Director General of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Establishes by whom and in what manner certain notices, requests and reports concerning conciliation procedures under the Canada Labour Code are to be given. Also requires employers and unions to give 72 hours notice of a strike or lockout, with a copy to the Minister.
