Abstract/Citation
Provides for the implementation of EC Council Directive 97/81/EC of 15 December 1997 concerning the framework agreement on part-time work. Rights of part-time employees and their conditions of employment are regulated in Part 2. Also clarifies effect of certain enactments relating to employees in cases where the employee concerned is a posted worker or otherwise has an employment relationship in the state.
