Abstract/Citation
Regulates recruitment, employment and management of Vietnamese employees working for foreign organisations and individuals in Vietnam. Section 5 prohibits certain categories of persons from working for foreign organisations. Sections 6-8 deal with procedural matters. Sections 9-12 provide for rights and duties of labour supply organisations, Section 13 for responsibilties of Vietnamese citizens working for foreign organisations, and Section 14 for responsibilities of foreign organisations employing Vietnamese citizens.
