| Resumen/cita: | Regulates the status of non-governmental associations and organizations, such as political parties, trade unions, professional associations, cultural societies, and other associations formed by citizens in the exercise of their right to freedom of association with others. Establishes the rules governing the creation, operation and dissolution of non-governmental associations and organizations, as well as their rights and responsibilities. Recognizes the right of Kazakh organizations to join international non-commercial, non-governmental and non-religious associations. |
