Resumen/cita: Sets forth penalties for offences against the Labour Code, including for failure to pay wages, failure to provide a changing room for female employees, and violations of provisions regarding labour contracts, temporary assignments, collective agreements, employment of pregnant women, rest periods, holidays, forced labour, termination of employment, minimum wage, and social security. Section II sets forth penalties for offences regarding occupational safety. Section III provides for sanctions for offences in relation to labour administration (e.g. false declarations regarding employees), or breaches of regulations with respect to foreign labourers or Vietnamese overseas workers.
