Resumen/cita: Comprehensive legislation regarding trade unions, collective bargaining, and labour disputes. S. 4 provides for the freedom of association and prohibits discrimination based on trade union membership. Provides for recognition of trade unions, collective bargaining procedures, representation in case of dismissals, and conciliation procedures. Part VII establishes an Industrial Court. Part IX covers industrial actions, including restrictions on strikes and lock-outs in essential services or during bargaining and conciliation procedures.
