Sets forth the jurisdictions of the federal courts, including the Federal Supreme Court, the Federal High Court, and the Federal First Instance Court. Also provides for the structure and administration of federal courts. The Supreme Court, High Court, and First Instance Courts shall have a Civil division, a Criminal Division, and a Labour Division.
