Abstract/Citation
Comprehensive regulations concerning the establishment, registration, administration, and dissolution of trade unions. Trade unions shall not be deemed unlawful merely that they are in restraint of trade; they must, however, be registered. Trade unions may be refused registration if the purpose of a union is unlawful (s. 10). Ss. 27-28 provide trade unions with immunity from actions of tort and charges of conspiracy. S. 30 prohibits anti-trade union discrimination, and s. 31 provides for the right to picket for groups of no more than nine persons.
