Establishes an Industry and Trade Competition Commission to promote and maintain competition in the Zimbabwaen economy and prevent restrictive and unfair trade practices. The Commission shall also have the power to investigate mergers and monopoly situations. Schedule I lists prohibited trade practices such as bid-rigging, misleading advertising and collusive arrangements between competitors. |
