Resumen/cita: Implements articles 4 to 6 of EC Directive No. 92/85/EEC. Requires that the employer organizes labour, fix up the working place, adapts the production or working methods so that the safety and health of the pregnant or breast-feedig woman worker are not endangered. Should the fulfilment of this obligation not be possible, the temporary following measures shall be taken: adaptation of labour or working and rest periods; or asignment of other duties; or exemption from work. The employer shall take stock of and evaluate the hazards related to labour performed by the woman worker. Inserts a new article in the Lead Decree providing that pregnant or breast-feeding women worker shall not be compelled to perform labour where they might be exposed to lead or lead derivates.
