Resumen/cita: Provides for the election of a works committee in enterprises with 5 or more employees. The works committees shall participate in all important decisions which affect the enterprise, including safety and health matters, working conditions and conditions of employment. Dismissals initiated by the employer shall be reviewed by the works council first.
