Resumen/cita: Provides, inter alia, that any job created for unemployed persons, school leavers, teenagers and unemployed persons starting their own business is socially useful. State institutions, in cooperation with the national employment fund, can grant repayable or unrepayable contributions. Jobs for the benefit of society can last up to 9 months and must be taken up by unemployed persons. Contributions may reach the amount of wage including health, hospital, retirement and unemployment insurance. The Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family fixes the detailed procedure for creation of such jobs and the maximum amount of contributions. Adds a new paragraph on the use of employment fund resources (unemployment benefit and active employment policies).
