Provides for the financing and the services of compulsory health, hospital and retirement insurance. Health insurance includes prevention and treatment of diseases and assistance in cases of infertility (paragraph 4). Hospital insurance includes sickness benefit, financial help for motherhood and pregnancy (paragraph 5). Retirement insurance includes pensions for elderly people, disabled persons, widows, widowers and orphans (paragraph 6). |
