Resumen/cita: Amends the definitions of terms such as "authorized leave", "daily hire of employee", "employment agreement", "trainee" and "trainee agreement". Amends also, inter alia, the regulations pertaining to certain employees excluded from requirements for termination of employment, exclusion of trainees, and exclusion of certain casual employees. Finally, a new formula for annual indexation of certain amounts and a new part concerning recovery of wages etc. relating to small claims procedure are introduced.
