Second Region

Chapter 12 of title 8 of the United States Code. Makes provisions in respect of, inter alia, allocation of immigrant visas, special agricultural workers, determination of agricultural labor shortages and admission of additional special agricultural workers, aliens that may be excluded, admission of non-immigrants, admission of temporary workers, aliens that may be deported, limitations on performance of long shore work by alien crewmen, unlawful employment of aliens, and unfair immigration-related employment practices.
