Resumen/cita: This Act amends the First Schedule of the Severance Payments Act by deleting from paragraph 2 the words "4 weeks' basic pay for each complete year of employment" and substituting different amounts per year depending on whether the person's years of service to the employer is 10 years or less, between 10 and 20 years, or more than 20 years but not more than 33 years; and by deleting paragraph 6(1)(a) and substituting a definition of "basic pay".
