Amends Section 42(3) (unlawful actions) and inserts new Sections 25a (a foreign collective agreement being unlawful due to foreign legislation respecting unlawful actions will be valid if the action taken is lawful according to this Act) and Section 31a (where an employer concludes a collective agreement which does not directly fall within the scope of this Act and later concludes an agreement in accordance with Sections 23 and 24 of this Act, in areas where the two collective agreements conflict, the later one will prevail).
