| Resumen/cita: | Amends the Labour Code, namely supplements Part 5 of Article 179 (Leave due to pregnancy, childbirth and childcare) with new words; makes wording changes in Article 186-1 (Guarantees for persons, raising small children without mother). Amends the Law "On Leave": namely introduces wording changes in Part 3 of Article 18 (Leave due to childcare until reaching 3 years age of the child), also in Parts 4, 5 of Article 20 (Procedure of granting social leave). |
