Rephrases paragraph 1 of article 10(1) (on interpretation of employment contracts, collective agreements in appliance with the regulation of labour relations), article 71 (on labor disputes dealing with official bodies), the wording of paragraph 2 of article 74 (on the decision of the Conciliation Commission), the title and the wording of article 75 which now reads: "The arbitration", article 76 which now reads: "Strike", paragraph 5 of article 77 (Declaration of a strike), paragraphs 13, of article 78 (Restrictions of strikes), paragraph 3 of article 80 (Replacement), paragraph 4 of article 81 (Lawfulness of a strike).
Paragraph 2 enters into force on 29 May 2014.
