| Abstract/Citation: | AN ACT to provide for the settlement of disputes by arbitration, mediation and customary arbitration, to establish an Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre and to provide for related matters. The Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre is governed by a multipartite Board and includes representatives from organised labour and industry. Does not exclude employment or labour disputes from the scope of application. Repeals the Arbitration Act, 1961 (Act 38). |
