| Abstract/Citation: | In accordance with paragraph 9 of the Provision on the Ministry of Internal Affairs, also with article 32 of the law of 4 January 2010 "On the Procedure and Terms of Directing of Citizens to Medical-Occupational Dispensaries and the Terms of Their Stay", approves the attached Regulation on the Procedure of Calculation and Reimbursement from Wage and Benefits Equated to Wage of the Citizens Who are in Medical-Occupational Dispensaries Subjected to Withholding of the Price of Nutrition, Clothing and Shoes, Utility Services and other Expenditures. The regulation defines the general provisions, the calculation of the price of nutrition, clothing and shoes, utility services subjected to reimbursement; also the procedure of the reimbursement of the expenditures of the persons staying in medical-occupational dispensaries. Introduces two appendices with the official forms of the calculation of prices. |
