Abstract/Citation
Amends article 4 no.3, article 5 no.1, article 5 no.2, article 6, article 7, subheading IV and article 16 concerning notifications, notification obligation, control and management of data in the register, fees and forcible fine.
Repeals article 3 no. 2 ss.2.
