Abstract/Citation
Amends various articles in the following acts (new regulations respecting annual leave):
- Act (No. 81 of 2007) relating to cooperative societies (The Cooperative Societies Act).
- Act (No. 62 of 2005) respecting working environment, working hours and employment protection, etc. (Working Environment Act).
- Act (No. 45 of 1997) on Public (Public Limited Companies Act).
- Act (No. 44 of 1997) on Corporations (Companies Act).
- Act (No. 71 of 1991) on State Enterprises.
- Annual Leave Act (No. 21 of 1988).
- Act (No 83 of 1985) on general partnerships and limited partnerships (Company Law).
