|Abstract/Citation:||This Law amends Section 25 paragraph (g) of the Legislative Decree No. 42 of 2012 on regulating working in medical laboratories and granting licenses, that states as follows:
Imposes penalties including imprisonment from one-to-three years and a fine ranging from SYP 300,000 to SYP 500,000 on any person who undertakes medical lab work without a valid license.
Permits the Minister of Health to issue an order to shut down any medical laboratories operating without a license and to confiscate their equipment.
