Abstract/Citation: This law provides that a tripartite commission for labour affairs is established and defines its powers and duties. The tripartite commission is chaired by the Minister, and nine members who shall represent the Ministry, employers and workers.
The duration of their membership will be four years.
The General Secretary of the Ministry shall be the Vice-President and he will assume the duties of the president in his absence.
