Abstract/Citation: This Order amends the Constitution of Anguilla, including s.13 (3) by substituting for the words "colour or creed" the words "colour or creed or sex" and substituting for ss.(7) a new ss. (7) which includes, inter alia, ss.(7)(a) which reads "which is reasonably justifiable in a democratic society for the protection or well-being of women.".
