Abstract/Citation: Amends chapter 2 section 3 ss.1 and section 6, chapter 3 section 6 ss.2, chapter 4 section 1 ss.3 and section 4, chapter 18 section 1 and section 8 ss.1 p.5 and ss.2, chapter 19 section 5 ss.1 p.3 and p.4 concerning restrictions on obtaining compensation, health care provided abroad, the maximum amount and basis of reimbursement rates for medical compensation and determination of tariff, reimbursement of travel expenses, health insurance fund, insurance premiums, insurance charges, provisions for obtaining and disclosure. Sections as amended by Act 437/2010, Act 875/2010, Act 99/2006, Act 531/2009, Act 1334/2010, Act 986/2008, Act 359/2010 Act 986/2008, Act 890/2006.

Introduces to chapter 19 section 1 (as amended by Act 890/2006) a new ss.4 (whereas the present ss.4 becomes a new ss.5) concerning the right to receive information.

Repeals chapter 15 section 16 and 16a as amended by Act 1203/2007 and Act 622/2012.
