Abstract/Citation: Amends chapter 7 section 4 ss.4, chapter 8, section 11 ss.3 and section 12 and chapter 15, section 17 concerning the right of employers to daily allowance benefit, entitlement to partial sickness allowance, payment of partial sickness allowance and authorization to issue decrees. Chapter 7 section 4 ss.4 as amended by Act 655/2010, chapter 8, section 11 ss.3 and section 12 as amended by Act 532/2009, chapter 15 section 17 as amended by Act 19/2012.

Introduces to chapter 8 section 11 (as amended by Act 532/2009) new ss.4 and ss. 5 (whereas the present ss.4 becomes a new ss.6) concerning the right to partial sickness allowance.
